At Tire Country, we provide commercial tires to customers in Pageland, SC, Cheraw, SC, Chesterfield, SC, and the surrounding areas.

The C-Type tire is specifically meant as a commercial-rated tire, with a higher load rating for a given size than many LT tires. These C-Type tires will show the letter “C” immediately after the wheel diameter in the tire code.

Commercial truck tires generally last for three to six years, but no two commercial enterprises have exactly the same requirements, and that means that you should always keep a close watch on your tires. Commercial truck tires need to be replaced when tread depth reaches 3/32 of an inch, and you can pick up a tread gauge from our parts team if you think that it’s time for an inspection.

All Position Tires

All position tires are designed to work in any axle position. This means they work in the steer, drive, and trailer positions.

Steer Tires

Steer tires are the most important tires on your truck, designed to perform their best in the front (steer) axle position. They influence handling and ride, offering ribbed tread designs to help channel water away from the tire.

Drive Tires

Drive tires are designed for the drive axles offering maximized traction on various surfaces. It is especially important to consider regional or long haul usage. Closed shoulder drive tires are best suited for over the highway use in higher speed and longer haul operations using tandem axle configurations.

Trailer Tires

Trailer Tires connect trucks and trailers to the road and allow drivers to steer safely on diverse terrains. These tires tend to have more tread and are made of harder rubber, making them less likely to puncture.
